Where we are out of stock we will email you with an option to purchase a similar product or have a refund.
This is not usually applicable to hand-made jewellery made to your specification, as you will get what you want.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
You will receive an email notification of your order and/or an email invoice.
If you pay by debit or credit card you will receive an additional payment email.
If you pay by cheque you will receive a payment email when you cheque clears.
Where you order hand made jewellery that requires to be made up to your specifications, we will email you again to confirm dispatch of your jewellery.
