Delivery
We will try to post item within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payments where an item is in stock.
However, because wedding jewellery is usually hand-made to order and can take unto 6 weeks to make, wedding jewellery will be posted on completion of the order.
We will notify you via email when an item is dispatched.
Where the item was in stock when ordered:
Please allow 14 working days from the confirmation of the order before querying a delivery.
Where the item was hand-made jewellery and a delivery email was sent from us:
Please allow 7 working days from the receipt of the delivery email before querying a delivery
If delivery is delayed please contact your Royal Main Postal Office to see if they are holding your item/s prior to contacting us.
Postage & Packaging
We will usually use Royal Mail First or Second Class, Royal Mail First Class Signed For (Recorded Delivery) or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending upon the gifts purchased. We usually send items of more than £10.00 special delivery.
We reserve the right to change the postal method, at no additional cost to you.
Please note that jewellery items over £10.00 can only be sent via special delivery.

Damaged Goods
Where you receive damaged goods or items you did not order, you should email us immediately.
If we are unable to resolve the issues for you, we will provide you with a full refund and reimburse you for any reasonable costs of returning goods to us, where we request you to return items.
NOTE: YOU MUST KEEP ALL GOODS INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING to send back to us on our request.

If you have any problems with any order that you have submitted you should email us immediately.
We will usually respond within 24 hours of an email being submitted to us.
